- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery is preferred ;
- it is preferable to conclude a contract according to the standard form of LLC "Sintez-PKZH" ;
Sintez-PKZH LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- if you do not provide a package of documents according to the attached list
Sintez-PKJ LLC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
The commercial offer and the Questionnaire should be placed on the site in PDF formats.
We inform you that sending the TAP to the Customer and providing you with the calculation of the cost of the work does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.

The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
