- Hardener: The strength of the mixture should be within 1.12-1.17 g / cm3 and meet the following parameters: for 30 minutes 2.5-4kgs / cm2, for 1 hour 4.5-8kgs / cm2, for 3 hours 8.5-14kgs / cm2. Depending on seasonality, ambient temperature and the temperature of the mixture, these parameters of the survivability of the mixture are subject to change at the request of the customer, and will be indicated in monthly bids.

- The ability of the customer and supplier to adjust the density of the hardener in time before delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

- The delivery time must be specified for each item.

- Transportation costs: included in the price of the products.

- Buyer's tolerance by quantity: +/- 50%

- Delivery for each item on a monthly basis depending on the need (production plan).

- The quantity of products is indicative and may differ from the one confirmed for Call for Bidding. The decision to select a supplier is made in accordance with the internal procedures of METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC. The selection of products will be carried out in accordance with the monthly bids of the plant.

- Requirements for the provision of documents - the ability to work in electronic document management.

- Certificate of conformity, quality certificate - required.

- A contract in the form of a buyer.

- Requirements for penalties: If the Supplier has not delivered the Goods (or has not delivered them in full) within 15 calendar days after the end of the delivery period specified in the relevant specification to the Contract, the Supplier undertakes to pay the Buyer a fine in the amount of 20% of the value of the undelivered Goods by transferring funds to the Buyer's current account. Payment of the fine does not release the Supplier from fulfilling its obligations to deliver the Goods according to the relevant specification to the Contract.
