PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to participate in the formation of the preliminary list of participants of the procurement event for the selection of a contractor for the supply of equipment and software provision, execution of design, construction and commissioning works of the Automated Information and Measuring System of Commercial Electricity Accounting (AIIS KUE) with functions energy management for the facilities of PJSC "VimpelCom".
At this stage, the preliminary list of Participants is formed for the subsequent completion of the Qualification and familiarization with the Technical Task.
We ask you to place in this announcement the following completed documents (primary documentation packages*) within the deadline of 23:00 (MSK) on June 14, 2020:
1. Filled "Participant's Questionnaire" (file "1. Member's Questionnaire") in two versions - Word format and PDF format (signature scan). It is necessary to specify in the FIO/phone/e-mail form the responsible manager to accompany this procurement event;
2. The completed financial analysis document (file "2. FinAnaliz_rating 1") in two versions - Excel format and PDF format (signature scan)
3. Provide financial statements (scan copies of the Balance Sheet and the Statement of Financial Results (statement of income and loss). All these documents are provided in PDF format (scan copy with FNS mark).
If the last available reporting is annual, then the annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the latest available reporting is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, the reporting for 3 periods is provided: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. Consolidated statements of the holding shall be provided in the case of a participant's membership.
4. Filled "Prospective VK Supplier Questionnaire" (file "3. Questionnaire of potential VK supplier") in Excel format for invitation to other procurement activities of PJSC "VimpelCom".
5. Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" means also consent to the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will bear liability for failure to comply with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
Privacy Provisions (file "4. Regulation on confidentiality_PJSC VK") must be certified with the signature and seal of the organization.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• Each scanned document should be easy to read;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, with the document containing one page saved to a separate file and the document containing several pages and annexes, $ must also be grouped into a single file.
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Note: *Please note that the Primary documentation package is not sufficient to pass the Qualification procedure. Qualification criteria approved by PJSC "VimpelCom" will be sent to the participants who submitted the application (initial package of documentation). Compliance with the approved criteria will need to be documented in accordance with the established procedure.
This invitation is not a notice of holding an open competition or auction in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and accordingly does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom, $ provided for in these articles.$
