PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in the qualification selection of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the relocation, deployment and maintenance of mobile base stations (MBS) for use in the mobile radio access network in 2021-2023.Collapse
Comments: The subject of the procurement event is:
A range of services for storage, relocation, operation and maintenance of mobile base stations (MBS).
Geography of work: the entire territory of the Russian Federation except Moscow and the Moscow Region.
The winner of the procurement event must perform the following works:
1) Preparation of the MBS for transportation to the position and work at the position;
2) Transportation of MBS from its storage location to the position and back to the storage location.
3) Deployment of the MBS in position (transfer of the MBS nodes and mechanisms from the transport position to the working position, provision of the MBS with power supply).
4) The installation of the technological equipment of the MBS should be carried out in accordance with the installation instructions from the manufacturer (supplier) of this equipment;
5) Installation and adjustment of RRL spans according to the TOR issued by the Customer;
6) Ensuring the continuous operation of the MBS at the position, maintaining it in good condition;
7) Carrying out work on folding the MBS into a transport position, including the entire necessary list of disintegration measures;
8) Transportation of MBS to its storage location;
9) Preparation of MBS for storage, etc.
Please note that companies that have sent documents for participation do not need to respond during the formation of the preliminary list of participants, they will receive a separate request for documents by 12.11.2021 to contact postal addresses.
If you are just going to start cooperation with PJSC VimpelCom in this category, to participate in the purchase, you must provide the following documents to the email address Tender_SVAntonov@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 (Moscow time) on November 18, 2021. The entire scope of work is predictably divided into lots on a territorial basis. In each lot, 1 winner and one backup contractor will be selected.

Planned stages of procurement:
Stage 1. Qualification selection of participants.
Stage 2. The commercial stage in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom platform.
