Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in the qualification selection of contractors to participate in procurement activities to choose a general contractor for the development of a design project, design and working documentation, construction, installation and commissioning works in order to create LTE cellular radiotelephone network facilities on the territory of mining enterprises (mines and mines), located in the Russian Federation for a period of 3 (three) years.
As part of the work, the following works are expected to be performed (including, but not limited to):
pre-project survey;
design and development of a design project;
development of project and working documentation;
obtaining a positive conclusion of the industrial safety expertise of the project for especially dangerous, technically complex objects;
execution of construction and installation works;
testing and acceptance tests;
installation and configuration of equipment and software;
verification and confirmation of the required KPIs, etc.
It is spelled out in detail in the Terms of Reference p 1.9.
The forecast volume for 2022 is 10 objects. In the subsequent period, up to 40 objects until 2024.

The package of documents must be sent to the email address tender_ustinova@beeline.ru no later than May 23, 2022, 12.00 Moscow time (in the subject of the letter, specify "Name of the participant / "Qualification of the PIR SMR Indoor mine"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in the procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.

By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
The procurement event is planned to be held in several stages :
1. Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements based on the received documentation).
2. Conclusion of a framework contract (framework contracts will be concluded with qualified participants for the provision of services for the construction of communication facilities in mines and mines for a period of 3 (three) years; the contract template will be sent at the next stage).
3. Commercial stage (among qualified participants, tenders will be played for each object upon receipt of the need; detailed Terms of Reference, composition and scope of work, deadlines for the completion of work will be specified in the procurement documentation for each object separately within each competition).
Information about the results of the qualification selection, as well as information about the next stages of the procurement event, will be sent to participants approximately after May 25.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black-white format);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
