Other requirements and explanations:
Creation of labeling for packaging by KA. The possibility of being present at the adjustment, at the complete set of employees of JSC "Thunder". The ability to provide video when loading machines.
Provision of project timings, taking into account the provision of photos of pallets and packages 10 days before the first delivery date to the RC.
Providing the spacecraft with a preliminary/actual schedule for the delivery of the spacecraft
Provision of KA scans of the act of acceptance of receipt of cargo with a mark and seal for the Customer
Providing samples in the amount of 2 pcs. and color samples to the customer before the start of printing the main volume.
Selection of a supplier for the implementation of the project according to the results of sample testing. Mandatory compliance of the sample with the source of the layout in the CMYK and PANTONE layout.
Providing samples to the customer in the amount of 4 pcs.
The final application may change in volume in the context of the RC, but the RC addresses are the same.
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 15% (both upward and downward) from the one agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery terms, including the terms of price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
