Payment terms:
The Customer pays for the Goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods from the Buyer and signing of the consignment note or universal transfer document (UPD).

Comments: 10 deliveries are planned, once a month, in terms of 1/10 of the entire bid.

In the absence of a concluded contract, delivery is possible only in the form of the Customer's delivery contract (see appendix).
To participate in the procedure, you must submit a free-form commercial offer of 11 items or an invoice of 11 items, as well as, in the absence of a previously concluded contract, a completed questionnaire, consent to the processing of personal data and documents according to the list (in the appendix).
The organizer of the procedure has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any time and at any stage, until the conclusion of the contract.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
