Comments:
It is mandatory to provide documents for cutting on the territory:
1. A complete list of employees indicating the full name and position (profession) performing work on the territory of Rusagro-Atkarsk LLC according to the Contract;
2. Copies of medical reports for all employees according to the form of the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development No. 29n on the suitability of work in a profession with declared harmful (dangerous) factors;
3. A copy of the order on the admission of employees to independent work, indicating the full name and profession (position) for each employee;
4. Copies of personal cards for the issuance of personal protective equipment (special clothing, special shoes, etc.) of employees in the form established by the Order of the Ministry of Health and the SR of the Russian Federation dated 01.06.2009 No. 290n;
5. A copy from the journal of the instruction on labor protection at the workplace of the last (primary, repeated, etc.) for all employees working on the territory of Rusagro-Atkarsk LLC;
6. A copy of the protocol(s) of the examination of knowledge on labor protection for employees, certificates on labor protection (if the protocol is in the commission of the enterprise, then attach a copy of the protocol of the examination of knowledge of the training center for members of the commission and the order to create a commission to test knowledge on labor protection) in the form established by Resolution of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 1/29 dated 13.01.2003;
7. A copy of the personnel briefing log on fire safety in the prescribed form;
8. A copy of the protocol(s) of checking the knowledge of workers on fire safety;
9. A copy of certificates, protocol(s) of knowledge verification for the right to perform work in a confined space;
10. Copies of certificates, protocols of knowledge testing with the right to work at height in the form of the order of the MT and SZ of the Russian Federation No. 782n;
11. Copies of certificates, protocols of training in safe methods and techniques of work "Silosnik";
12. Written consent of employees to descend into the silo;
13. A copy of the log of registration of work permits for high-risk work in the prescribed form;

Please indicate the final price with VAT, even if you are not subject to VAT, the amount of VAT will be deducted from the final price of the competition.

A mandatory requirement is a visit to the site for the inspection of the locomotive.

Please note that this tender procedure is not a notice of bidding (public tender, auction) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
