We hereby inform you that the METALLOINVEST Group of Companies is planning to introduce the Single Payment Day system in July 2021 (one day a week). Single payment day is the best practice used by the world's leading companies. Such a tool ensures the rhythm of settlements with counterparties with less labor costs for administering payments.
The METALLOINVEST Group of Companies adheres to the principles of building partnerships with suppliers and contractors and strives to strictly fulfill its obligations. As part of the implementation of the Single Payment Day system, we are working on the automation of making payments for the obligations of METALLOINVEST on the next payment day BEFORE the expiration of the term stipulated in the contract with the counterparty.
In order to maintain the existing average grace period for payment, please agree on an increase in the payment grace period by 7 (seven) calendar days. The proposed change will make it possible to ensure that payments are made on a Single Payment Day while maintaining the average grace period for payment under this agreement (by paying earlier than the final date of obligations under the agreement).
