Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
30% - the advance payment is payable by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Subject to receipt of an invoice for payment and receipt of security for the return of the advance.
70% - Not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days (for small and medium-sized businesses - not more than 15 working days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Goods acceptance certificate, consignment note (unified form TORG-12) subject to the provision of original primary documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods supplied and accepted by the Buyer.
