Comments: Protection of printed racks:
• Install a rubber wheeler (beveled angle) made of impact-resistant rubber with stiffeners for increased strength (example Appendix No. 1) length 1000 mm, width 180 mm, height 100 mm;
• Installation between columns in the amount of 40 pieces, installation of wheelers to the deformation seam, the installation location of the product is discussed locally;
• On each side of the product with three yellow reflectors to improve visibility in low light conditions, the number of reflectors is 6 pcs.;
• 2 points of fastening by means of anchor bolts, with plugs for fastening holes;
• Availability of a certificate of conformity;
• To lay the released elements on pallets after dismantling, pallets are provided by the customer.
Protection of fire cranes:
• To partially dismantle the bumpers from the side of the fire crane (Appendix No. 2);
• Install metal bumpers to protect single fire cabinets mounted on a column, in the amount of 90 pieces, the pipe outlet is installed on some on the left side, on others on the right side (universal pipe outlet);
• Metal bump overall dimensions: 600x400x1500 mm;
• Material: Round metal pipe not lower than e/s Ø76x3 mm + mounting plate/platform 100x100x3.0 (Appendix No. 3);
• Electrostatic coating (powder coating);
• Color: Black and yellow;
• Availability of a certificate of conformity;
• To lay the released elements on pallets after dismantling, pallets are provided by the customer.
Requirements for the results of the work:
The work is carried out in the amount and on time, in accordance with the requirements of technical
documentation, GOST, SNiP, SP, PUE technical regulations (rules and regulations) and other
regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with the established procedure.
The result of the work performed by the Contractor under normal operating conditions
must be safe for the life, health of the consumer, and the environment.
Requirements for materials and products:
The materials and products used must comply with state standards and
specifications, must be new, that is, not used, not damaged,
without any restrictions (pledge, prohibition, arrest, etc.) for free circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation.
All characteristics (parameters) of materials and products must meet the requirements
of the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation.
Provision of equipment, materials for the production of works and their delivery
It is carried out at the expense of the Contractor and his forces.
