Payment terms:. The advance is not provided, the proposals contain a prepayment will not be considered. Payment within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The proposals contain a respite over 30 days, are valued at the maximum deadline-30 days.
Delivery terms:1. The supplier undertakes to supply products, past the mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 2. Availability of certificates, as at the time of delivery of the products. 3. Guarantee period of storage products at the time of delivery shall be not less than 75% of the time period established by the manufacturer. 4. Term of delivery, no later than 15th day of the month specified in the delivery period.
