Payment terms:Расчеты за товар производятся в безналичной форме без предоплаты с отсрочкой платежа 40 дней с момента подписания накладной по форме ТОРГ-12 или универсального передаточного документа по фактическому поступлению товара на склад Покупателя в г. Иркутске.
Delivery terms:Не заказанный по Заявкам Покупателя товар не поставляется, не принимается и не оплачивается Покупателем. Договор расторгается по окончанию срока действия с фактически принятым (заказанным) количеством поставленного товара.
Предложения участников о заключении договора на отдельные позиции не допускаются.
