The delivered goods shall be packed in containers and marked in accordance with the State Standards (GOST) established on it, requirements of the TU, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods in transit and in its storage. It is allowed to transport constituent parts of the goods in the manufacturer's packaging. The marking must be applied to the packaging of the goods and include information about the details of the contract, the supplier, the customer, and the specified information is certified by the seal of the supplier. In case the supplied goods consist of several places, the marking shall also contain information on the number of seats in the set and the number of the place.

The delivered goods should be new (the goods which have not been in use, in repair, including, which has not been restored, at which the replacement of constituent parts has not been carried out, the consumer properties have not been restored), to have the genuine and Legal origin, not to have defects related to construction, materials or operation.
Delivery of goods removed from preservation (long-term storage), and also used, having external damages, traces of use is not allowed.
