Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
An advance payment of 30% of the Contract price paid by the Buyer within 30 days after the signing of this Agreement by the Parties.
70% of the Contract price paid on the delivery of 100% of the goods (equipment) within 30 days after submission of documents to the Purchaser, pursuant to subparagraph a), b), c), d), e) of paragraph 7.5 of the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
