Stsb — Transport and Value (Constant Value for the duration of the contract)

1. Diesel delivery services.
2. The delivery of the petroleum product is carried out by the Supplier's vehicles (all-terrain vehicles), and the payment for transportation is included in the price of the petroleum products.
3. The Provider provides the Buyer with full service and under the terms of the Agreement.
4. Ensure compliance with legislation on subsoil, environment, natural resources, oil and gas safety regulations, traffic regulations when operating machinery.
5. In order to execute the applications for the delivery of diesel fuel to Buyer's well construction facilities in a timely manner.
6. To provide services under this contract, obtain the necessary permits and permits for large and heavy goods on the right of way by road at your own expense;
7. The Supplier shall be liable to the Buyer as set forth by the above documents in the form of fines and damages incurred, subject to the Buyer reporting the content of the data requirements before the Supplier. Penalties are applied on the Buyer's differential scale applied to businesses providing diesel services.
8. The Supplier is liable to the Buyer for breaching health, industrial safety and environmental requirements, as well as minimum requirements for OT, PB and GAs for Short-term contracts in the size set by the Customer's differentiated well construction scale applied to transport services enterprises;
9. In case of failure to comply with the route of the machinery provided by the Buyer's driveway scheme, the Supplier is liable for loss and land infringement legislation before the land user;
