Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment is made upon delivery of the Goods and the provision of a full package of documents (invoice, bill of lading (or UPD, quality document).
LOT No. 1: within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
LOT No. 2: within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery.
According to the results of summing up, one lot will be excluded.
Delivery terms:
1) On the terms of pickup by the Buyer's own forces from the Supplier's storage base.
2) Shipment period: from 11/23/2022 to 12/31/2022 in separate batches of up to 100 tons by agreement of the parties.
It is required to ensure the constant availability of the proposed fuel on the basis of the Supplier in the specified period.
3) The distance of the Supplier's shipment base from the village of September, Nefteyugansk district should not exceed 160 km (by public roads).
4) The proposed diesel fuel must comply with the requirements of GOST (or TU), the Manufacturer is specified, a quality certificate certified by the Supplier and a certificate of conformity of the manufacturer must be attached to each batch.

To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure must attach the applicant's application, appendices to the application, including a commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. The application form and the commercial offer are attached.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant.
Participants of the procedure are required to upload the following documents:
- participant's application (Form No. 1);
- commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- certificate of INN, OGRN, on entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- balance sheet for the last calendar year;
- partner card;
- VAT declaration for 2021
- the charter, the document on appointment (election) to the position of the head;
- documents for products (passports/ certificates).

The validity period of the claimed commercial offer must be at least 15 days.
Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
