Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is made by the Buyer in respect of each unit of the Goods accepted by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the corresponding unit of the Goods (from the date the Buyer signs the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 or a universal transfer document - UPD).
Payment is carried out on the basis of the relevant invoice of the Supplier and a properly executed invoice or universal transfer document - UPD (except for the case when, in accordance with tax legislation, the Supplier has the right not to issue an invoice).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
