Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made no earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance certificate of the goods.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" (confirmed an extract from the Unified Register of Small and Medium Enterprises):
- within 15 (fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the Goods, subject to the provision of the original primary documents.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
