Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Центральный научно-исследовательский институт «Буревестник» (с изменениями) заключить договор с ООО «ПромЭнерго-НН» с суммой договора 296 733,88 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
