Обоснование: 1) Не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявку ООО «НОВАТИКА» - основание принятия решения указано в соответствующем столбце;
2) По лоту № 1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «ЦНИИ «Буревестник» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО «ПромЭнерго-НН» с суммой договора 220 846,80 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
