Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1 Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days, after delivery
2 Delivery time (in calendar days)
3 Provide a technical and commercial proposal with a technical description
4 Confirm that the product is new, not used, not restored
5 Confirm that the product is the original
6 The warranty period is at least 12 months
7 The validity period of the Commercial Proposal in calendar days, not less than 60
8 Confirm the fixation of the cost in rubles
9 Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
