Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out to the Buyer's warehouse by and at the expense of the Supplier.
If the delivery time of a specific batch of goods is not specified in the Customer's request, the Supplier is obliged to deliver the goods no later than 10 calendar days from the date of signing the specification.
