It is necessary to attach a TCP indicating the proposed equipment, delivery dates, prices, payment terms.
When choosing a supplier, the price, delivery time, experience, reputation in the market (the stage of approval of the supplier from the Customer), the form of payment are taken into account.
A PREREQUISITE IS THE PRESENCE OF THE MANUFACTURER STATUS, OR EXISTING DEALER, REPRESENTATIVE POWERS WITH MANUFACTURING PLANTS.
The supplied elements will be subjected to input control. The contract should provide for penalties for poorly delivered goods, as well as failure to meet deadlines.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
