Payment terms:Advance payment is paid by the Customer in the amount of 50% of the consignment value within 5 (five) working days from the moment of the Supplier. Payment Auto-cerned payment of 50% of the consignments shall be paid by the Buyer in the Techa-of five (5) business days after receipt of the goods in full and sign the delivery note or the Act of both parties and to obtain other necessary for the product calculation documents required by current the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Response to a request should be documented in the format "Form KP", the list of documents to be submitted, as specified in paragraph __ file "Form KP" This request for proposals is not a contest, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

The contractor shall have the right to request clarification on this documentation from the Buyer. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing at the e-marketplace.
