Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment is made upon delivery of the Goods and the provision of a full package of documents (invoice, bill of lading (or UPD), quality documents) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse is carried out by the Supplier.
Required delivery time of the Goods:
- batch 1: 30.03.2022 in the amount of 30,630 m2;
- batch 2: 04/15/2022 in the amount of 11,678 m2;
- batch 3: 30.04.2022 in the amount of 30,557 m2.
Shipment of batches should be carried out in multiples of the full load of vehicles.

Certificates are required for all products supplied.

To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure must attach the applicant's application, appendices to the application, including a commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. The application form and the commercial offer are attached.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of such a participant.

Participants of the procedure are required to upload the following documents:
- participant's application (Form No. 1);
- commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- certificate of INN, OGRN, on entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- balance sheet for the last calendar year;
- partner card;
- VAT declaration for 2021
- the charter, the document on appointment (election) to the position of the head;
- documents for products (passports/ certificates).
- a letter of guarantee about the following:
---- that the products are new, not used;
---- that the submitted commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with this request for proposals;
*specify the contact details of the responsible persons.

The cost of the Goods must be indicated taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.

The validity period of the claimed commercial offer must be at least 30 days.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
