Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, deferred payment within 60 calendar days
2. Contractual Counterparty consent to increase/decrease the number of equipment by 30%, depending on the needs placed by the Customer
3. Warranty obligations for all presented products and completed commissioning works must be at least 24 months, subject to Maintenance by other specialized organizations or by the customer's own forces
4. Delivery time – no more than 15 calendar days from the date of placing the order
5. The term of installation work is no more than 2 calendar days
6. The deadline for commissioning is no more than 1 calendar day
7. Provision of warranty repairs during the day, regardless of the region of installation.
8. Consent to the signing of the standard form of the Contract without a Protocol of disagreement
9. The deadline for fixing the price until 12/31/2024 (inclusive)
10. Acceptance of all conditions specified in the bidding documentation

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
