Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
100% deferred payment for at least 30 business days from the date of completion of the work.
Delivery terms:
Delivery and installation of equipment by the supplier to the buyer's combine harvesters located in the Belgorod, Kursk, Orel, Tambov regions and Primorsky Krai.
Comments: The commercial offer must specify:
- The price of one set of equipment with VAT, delivery, installation, documentation development and other works according to the Requirements Specification;
- Delivery time;
- Terms of payment;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Information on compliance with each item of the terms of reference;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) in the event that the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
