Payment terms:
There is no advance payment, payment upon delivery and installation of the goods with a deferred payment of at least 60 and no more than 70 calendar days from the date of signing the documents on the acceptance of goods and the certificate of rendered services.
The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the procedure and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Delivery terms:
The delivery time of the goods is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement/transfer of the advance payment
The installation period for the goods is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants regarding delivery times, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: A participant in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
1. The absence of lawsuits from the Participant in the procurement procedure for the amount of claims against the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's own capital (confirmed by the declaration of compliance by filling out and submitting the form "Declaration of the Participant in the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" form as part of the application for participation);
2. Failure to liquidate a participant in the procurement procedure - a legal entity and the absence of an arbitration court ruling on the recognition of a procurement participant - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by completing and submitting the form & #171; Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
3. Non-suspension of the activities of the Participant in the procurement procedure in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses on the day of filing an application for participation in procurement ( is confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting as part of the application for participation of the form "Declaration of the Participant in the procurement procedure on compliance established requirements");
4. The Participant in the procurement procedure does not have overdue debts on accrued taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other mandatory payments to the budgets of any level or state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25% of the book value of the assets of the procurement participant according to the financial statements for the corresponding period. The procurement participant is considered to comply with the established requirement if he appeals against the existence of the specified debt in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and a decision on such the complaint on the day of consideration of the application for participation in the Request was not accepted (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by completing and submitting the application form & #171; Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
5. The absence of information about the Participant in the procurement procedure in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for in Article 5 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ and (or) in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, provided for by Federal Law No. 44-FZ (confirmed by declaring compliance with the established requirements by completing and submitting the Declaration form as part of the application for participation Participant in the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
6. At the time of the purchase, the absence of court decisions that have entered into force and not executed on improper performance by the Participant of the procurement procedure of obligations under contracts (contracts) for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services of the same name to the purchased goods, works, services (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by completing and providing as part of the application for participation in the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" form);
7. A participant in the procurement procedure is not a person whose place of registration or place of residence or place of tax residence is the state or territory included in the list states and territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting as part of the application for participation the form "Declaration of the Participant in the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
8. 10. The absence of a conflict of interest between the Participant in the procurement procedure and the Customer, which means the cases in which the customer's manager, a member of the expert group, a member of the procurement commission, responsible for organizing the procurement procedure, are married to individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole executive body of the business entity (director, general director, manager, president and others), members of the collegial executive body of the business entity, the head (director, general director) of the institution or unitary enterprise or other management bodies of legal entities participating in the procurement, with individuals, including those registered as an individual entrepreneur, participants purchases are either close relatives (direct ascending and descending relatives (parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren), full and incomplete (having a common father or mother) brothers and sisters), adoptive parents or adoptive parents of these individuals (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and providing as part of applications for participation in the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" form);
11. The period of state registration of a Participant in the procurement procedure before submitting an application for participation in the procurement procedure must be at least one calendar year (12 months) (confirmed information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities extract provided as part of the application for participation").

The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for selecting suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is a public competition, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, and to refuse conclusion of an agreement with the Supplier, whose offer was recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, and under no circumstances will these costs be reimbursed by Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC.
