Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment with a delay of 60 calendar days

3. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment "Draft Contract")
4. Guarantee - according to the "Draft Contract" file, unless otherwise specified in the TOR
