Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (the term for the provision of services, delivery, payment procedure, etc.);
- explanation shipping included / not included in the product price.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of delivery, indicating:
- unit cost with and without VAT;
- the total price of the contract on the conditions specified in the request.
If possible, indicate:
- place of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- shipping cost including VAT, excluding VAT.
Terms of payment. For contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance of products, subject to a positive Act of incoming control.
For contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: Within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the product acceptance document, subject to a positive Incoming Control Act.
The provision of works, services for the Bilibino NPP in Bilibino, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug is required in stages, in accordance with section 14 of the TOR within the time frame:
1st stage: from 03/15/2021 until 04/30/2021;
2nd stage: from 26.07.2021 until 06.08.2021;
3rd stage: from 03/15/2022 until 04/05/2022;
4th stage: from 26.07.2022 on 08.08.2022;
5th stage: from 03/15/2023 until 04/03/2023;
6th stage: from 26.07.2023 to 08/07/2023
