| Payment terms: | upon delivery of the Goods within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after the submission of the documents provided for in paragraph 5.4 to the Buyer. Contract and signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of Goods (the form is established in Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement) or, in cases provided by the Agreement, from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the notification of the counter homogeneous requirements. |
