Payment terms:Расчет за поставленный Товар, по каждой партии, производится в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12), при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара Поставщиком Покупателю осуществляется отдельными партиями.
Доставка, разгрузка и хранение Товара до г. Благовещенск, Амурской обл. до момента получения Покупателем, осуществляется транспортом и за счет Поставщика. Не позднее, чем за 2 (два) календарных дня до срока передачи Товара Поставщик обязан уведомить Покупателя о дате и месте передачи Товара.
