Payment terms:
100% deferred payment from 60 to 90 calendar days from the date of shipment of each batch
Delivery terms:
1. By the forces and at the expense of the supplier to the customer's location (railway and auto).
2. Pickup from the supplier's warehouse.
Delivery time: in the period from 04/01/2024 to 06/30/2024 at the bidding of the customer. For shipments by rail - within 30 calendar days from the date of placement of the bid; for auto shipments - 7 calendar days from the date of placement of the bid.
Packaging: MKR 1000 kg with a polyethylene liner, with manufacturer's marking
Comments: The bid must be accompanied by:
1. Commercial Proposal on the official letterhead of the organization with a price fixing period up to and including 30.06.2024.
2. Technical and Commercial Proposal according to the customer's form (in the attachment) in xlsx and pdf format.
3. Technical documentation for products:
TU;
certificate (passport) of quality with a note about the absence of LHOS;
Safety data sheet;
Certificate of conformity;
certificate of application.
4. Constituent documents of the organization:
Map of the enterprise;
The Charter
A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person signing the contract document;
Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued no earlier than 30 days;
A copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority;
A copy of the order appointing the Chief Accountant;
Accounting and tax reporting for the last reporting period.
