Payment terms:
The price of the offer shall include all costs of the Applicant related to the performance of obligations, excluding VAT and including transportation costs.
The price of the offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note (TORG-12) with the obligatory indication of the contract number, copies of the transport documents, $ issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer.
The date of fulfillment of obligations of the Buyer to the Supplier for payment of goods shall be the date of write-off of funds from the Buyer's current account in the authorized bank.
Delivery terms:
The volume of the purchased Goods is not final and can be adjusted by the Buyer, both in the process of conclusion of the contract and in the course of its execution, but within the amount of the contract.
Delivery of the Goods after conclusion of the Contract shall be carried out by the Supplier in the period from 01.01.2020 to 31.10.2020 in the amounts defined in the quarterly specifications of the Buyer. Prior to each delivery, the range of concentrations and certified values are required to be specified by the applicants (specified in the quarterly specifications). Specifications are sent to Vendor by fax 40 days prior to the planned delivery quarter.
The indicative schedule of delivery of the Goods is presented in Appendix No. 2 to the General Information.
The Supplier shall be responsible for the delivery of the Goods.
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by rail and road transport, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in Appendix No. 2 to the project Contract of delivery of goods.
The obligations of the Supplier for delivery (transfer) of the Goods shall be considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of destination.
The Parties shall determine the moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee):
When the goods are delivered by rail:
- according to the date of the marking of delivery of the goods in the consignment note, in the absence of a note on delivery of the goods — according to the date of delivery of the original consignment note to the consignee.
When delivering the Goods by means of transport other than rail:
- according to the date of the receipt (delivery) of the Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the carriage of the Goods the appropriate mode of transport.$
The Supplier carries out the transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination. By "destination" the Parties shall mean:
- destination station — when delivered by rail;
- container station of destination — in case of container delivery;
- warehouse of destination of the Buyer (Consignee) — when delivered by road.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the goods supplied under the Contract: packing lists, technical passports, quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods, the warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the period of validity of the warranty obligations, and also operating instructions.
Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.

• Documents confirming the applicant's experience in supplying similar Goods (reference sheet, information letter, etc.) );
• Certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015);
• Quality passports for the Goods for each item of the delivered goods;
• Notification of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur engaged in transactions with precious metals and precious stones, and assignment of an account to him numbers; $
• Information about the manufacturer of the proposed goods for delivery (with mandatory indication of its name and location);
• Authorizations from the manufacturer confirming the status of the economic entity — applicant (dealer, distributor, etc.), in case of delivery by a non-manufacturer.
