Comments:
Together with the submitted bid on the electronic trading platform (hereinafter referred to as E-Marketplaces), it is necessary to invest a full-fledged technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as Technical and Commercial Proposal) on your company's letterhead for the supply of the specified equipment for the possibility of technical coordination with customer representatives. The offer must necessarily contain the following information:
1) The goods are required for delivery in accordance with the drawings enclosed in the Call for Bidding procedure and the materials specified in them. In case of confirmation of manufacturing in full compliance with the customer's drawings, it is necessary to provide appropriate explanations in the Technical and Commercial Proposal: "Manufacturing of the specified equipment in full accordance with the customer's drawings. The materials of manufacture are as follows: (list the materials of manufacture)";
2) In the case of manufacturing according to own drawings, it is necessary to provide your drawings together with the Technical and Commercial Proposals on your company's letterhead indicating the materials of manufacture.
3) If your company offers equivalent manufacturing materials, please provide a comparative description of the chemical composition of the proposed materials in relation to the materials specified in the customer's drawings.
4) The validity period of the offer is 45 days in priority;
5) Specify the manufacturer of the proposed equipment. If the delivery is offered from the official representative of the manufacturer, it is necessary to provide the appropriate document confirming the authority of the Bidder (certificate, letter, etc.);
6) Warranty obligation of at least 12 months;
7) Specify the price for 1 piece for each item;
8) To provide delivery and packaging of MTR at the expense of the supplier / include in the cost of MTR (to the city of Stary Oskol);
9) Guarantee placement in production on the basis of a letter of guarantee;
10) Specify the minimum possible delivery time from the date of placement in production;
11) Required payment terms - 100% payment is prioritized within 120 calendar days upon delivery of equipment to the warehouse + 7 days, taking into account a single payment day. Factoring is possible. Delivery and packaging of MTR to include in the price of MTR;
12) Special requirements for the quality of the goods - the equipment must be new, not restored;
13) Certificate of conformity, quality certificate - required;
14) Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the buyer (attached). If there are comments on the wording of the customer's contract, it is necessary, together with the Technical and Commercial Proposal, to attach a draft protocol of disagreements;
15) The supplier's consent to work on EDI.
The decision on the choice of the winner is made based on the results of a comparison of the essential terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the Customer, warranty developments and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the Bidders. In addition, an essential condition affecting the choice of supplier is the OTIF indicator (the target is 90%).
