Auto-extension

Payment terms:
3.2.1. Payment under the contract is carried out with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12/UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment of Products:
- The original bill of lading for Products signed by the Parties, issued in the form of TORG-12 /UPD (Universal transfer document) – 2 copies;
- The original invoice - 1 copy.
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered at a time, within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties, on the terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouses located at the following addresses:
