Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer on the basis of an invoice, an invoice (if VAT is available), a bill of lading and an acceptance certificate signed by both parties, by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the Customer signed the acceptance certificate of the Goods.
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out in one batch. The supplier carries out the delivery, loading, unloading of the Goods on its own and at its own expense.

Comments:
The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The participant's questionnaire.
2. Technical and commercial proposal (see file Appendix No. 2).
3. On the ETP, it is necessary to indicate the TOTAL cost of the TAP for the entire volume supplied.
4. The delivered goods must be new, not used and be confirmed by passports, certificates and other technical documentation.
5. We draw your attention to the fact that this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
6. All questions must be asked in the "Explanations" tab.
7. Do not offer an alternative product.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
