Payment terms:Payment for the goods shall be made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to Supplier's current account.
Delivery terms:Delivery address: Arkhangelsk region, Mezen district, 134 km northeast of Arkhangelsk, mining and processing plant named after V. Grib. From Arkhangelsk to the diamond deposit named after V. Grib, there is a road III cat, a Quarry warehouse.

TO Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the B2B-Center Platform electronic platform until 12/07/2023 12-00. A scan of the completed information about the applicant and experience in providing similar supplies must be attached to the bid.
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of delivery excluding VAT.
4. Commercial offers without the necessary attachments according to the Instructions to the applicant (clause 14) may not be allowed to rebidding.

Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
