Payment terms:
The payment for the goods is made by transferring 100% (one hundred) of the cost of the goods to the Supplier's current account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, subject to receipt of a duly executed original invoice or UPD. Payment is made in stages, as the goods arrive at the Buyer's warehouse.

Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases::
- the commercial offer is received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this Bid Notice;
-the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
LLC "Salavatsteklo Kaspiy" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
