Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the following terms:
- advance payment in the amount of 50 (fifty) % of the Contract price, which is ________________ ( amount in words), including VAT (20 %) ________________ (____________), is made by the Buyer within no more than 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing this agreement and receipt of the invoice issued by the Supplier;
- the final payment is made by the Buyer, taking into account the advance previously paid, within no more than 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing the consignment note.
The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Buyer's bank account.
Delivery terms:The Goods are delivered by road to the terminal of the trucking company in Tver. Delivery of Goods from the terminal of the trucking company to the address of the location of the Buyer (Group Recipient) is carried out at the expense of the Buyer under a separately concluded contract with the carrier.
