Payment terms:Оплата за поставленный Товар осуществляется с отдельного счета Покупателя на отдельный счет Продавца, открытый Продавцом в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 29.12.2012г. №275-ФЗ «О государственном оборонном заказе» в уполномоченном банке (Сбербанк) при наличии у Продавца с таким уполномоченным банком заключенного договора о банковском сопровождении.
2.5. Расчет за поставляемый товар производится Покупателем в следующем порядке:
- Покупатель производит аванс в размере 20% (двадцать процентов) в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней после подписания договора, и на основании счета выставленного Поставщиком.
- Окончательный расчет в размере 80% (восемьдесят процентов) в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней после поставки всего Товара, подписания Сторонами товарной накладной, при наличии счета-фактуры на основании счета Поставщика.
Delivery terms:Поставка товара осуществляется в адрес Покупателя с надлежаще оформленными документами в течение ____ (_____) ______ дней с момента подписания Сторонами договора. Срок поставки является существенным условием Договора.
