Payment terms:The Customer makes an advance payment in the amount of 100% under this Agreement by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in this Agreement within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement on the basis of the Supplier's account.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of payment by the Buyer to the Supplier of the prepayment
The Goods are delivered by delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the address: 141600, Moscow region, Klinsky district, Zubovo village, Zelenaya str., 1, from Monday to Friday from 09-00 to 17-00.

This request procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Thus, this request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
