1. The product must be new (not used)
2. It is possible to supply equipment and consumables from other manufacturers with technical characteristics not worse than the technical characteristics of the model specified in the specification
3. With the same technical characteristics of models from different manufacturers, preference is given to large manufacturers of IT equipment in this segment (HP, Xerox, Canon)
4. Consumables (cartridges) must be original and compatible with the proposed IT equipment.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
