Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1 - The Supplier issues an invoice for an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the value of the agreement to the Buyer within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement. The Buyer pays an advance payment, within 10 (ten) calendar days after the Supplier has issued an invoice, and the receipt of the security for the return of the advance. The final settlement in the amount of 70% of the contract amount is made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days upon delivery of the minibus, after the Buyer has provided all the necessary documents and the Minibus Acceptance Certificate is signed by the Buyer transferring funds to the Supplier's account. The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Buyer's current account.
Option 2 - Payment is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 15 (fifteen) calendar days upon delivery of the minibus, after providing the buyer with all the necessary documents and signing the Minibus Acceptance Certificate by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Buyer's current account.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
