Equivalents are not allowed!!! The trademark of lubricants used by the Customer today is indicated. The trademark is indicated due to the fact that the lubricant will be used both for replacement and for topping up and there is no other method that provides a more accurate and clear description of the lubricants used by the Customer, as well as for the need to ensure compatibility with equipment in operation, and therefore the Customer needs to ensure interaction the specified goods, as well as the technical capabilities of the goods required by the Customer.

The supplier must be a manufacturer or dealer, which must be confirmed by a dealer agreement and a dealer certificate (protecting the customer from the supply of COUNTERFEIT products). When submitting an bid, the Bidder must provide a dealer certificate along with the price offer.

The contract is in the buyer's form.
