Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payments for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order:
1) in the case of delivery of only Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in case of delivery of Equipment with installation - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works or UPD for Work.
Payments for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order:
1) in the case of delivery of only Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in case of delivery of Equipment with installation - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works or UPD for Work.
Price fixing until 12/31/2024 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer on 12/31/2024 (inclusive), and supply Equipment/carry out installation work in accordance with the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
