Delivery terms:
The Goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. The delivered goods must be new, not restored and not from conservation. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the Goods. The delivery date is the date of delivery of the part of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery time: in batches within 30 days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier accepts the terms of the Standard Contract of the SC.
