Payment terms:Recommended conditions: Payment for the delivered products (goods) is made after receiving the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days from the receipt of invoices issued in in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, payment for the work dropped is made within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion and commissioning of the equipment.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in St. Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the product (goods). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer.

Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without imposing liability.
It is possible to submit proposals through the B2B-Mechel.ru electronic platform from those who previously registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System.
The acceptance of proposals to the Organizer's email address ends 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
