Payment will be made no later than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days, (for SMEs 15 (Fifteen) business days) from the date of signing of the Goods Acceptance and Delivery Certificate.
The delivery price includes the price of the product, VAT, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, transportation costs, insurance, packaging, forwarding, a full set of those. documentation, payment of customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments that the Supplier must pay in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
